Reservations are made through the booking apps or our website, and are subject to availability.
Full refund for cancelations made up to 7 days before check-in. After that, no refunds will be issued.

Check-in time: from 15:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: until 11am

HOUSE RULES

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old;
It is not allowed to exceed the capacity of the reservation made;
All children are welcome;
This accommodation considers children aged 13 and over as adults;
To see the prices and availability correctly, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search;
It is forbidden for minor children to stay at the property unaccompanied by their legal guardian;
Pets are not allowed;
Smoking: any type of cigarette (vaping and academic cigarettes) is not allowed inside the accommodation.
Parties and events: not allowed;
Any damage to the accommodation will be charged at the current market value;
The guest is responsible for his behavior and that of his guests in the local accommodation;

CONDITIONS FOR CRIBS AND EXTRA BEDS

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and must be paid separately during the stay.
An extra bed, upon request, has an additional cost of R$ 50,00 per person per night;
All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Standard reservation: 50% of the total amount paid at the time of booking when making the reservation and the remaining 50% is paid 7 days before check-in;
Non-refundable reservation - 100% at the time of booking (which will entitle you to travel insurance).
Payment is made through Paypal or PIX.
RESERVATION IS IMMEDIATE (provided there is availability of the property and provided it meets the payment conditions), upon proof of payment within 24h.
